NIL is governed by local state law allowing college and high school student athletes to receive income, gifts, financial awards, perks, endorsements, paid appearances, signatures, NFT's, games, clothing, or self created brands generated from their name, image, or likeness effective in 2021.
Volley Critic helps sponsors connect with student athletes on a contract basis via our VC Funding Portal. Athletes have the right to enter into multiple NIL Agreements as long as athlete is in compliance with state, NCAA, and/or local statutes. Funding is governed by VC Industries, LLC via a third party escrow account to ensure all local state laws and school rules are in compliance prior to funds release.
